As mentioned in our previous articles, Michael Gleissner is a famous trademark pirate (trademark troll) and a multi-millionaire, who is involved in numerous trademark disputes around the world.\r\n\r\nThe World Trademark Review in their article outlines our previous article (read here:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/petpat.lv\/en_lv\/news\/latvian-court-admits-total-invalidation-of-grigorius-holdings-trademark-jaxid-based-on-bad-faith-applicant-related-to-trademark-troll-michael-gleissner\/\">https:\/\/petpat.lv\/en_lv\/news\/latvian-court-admits-total-invalidation-of-grigorius-holdings-trademark-jaxid-based-on-bad-faith-applicant-related-to-trademark-troll-michael-gleissner\/<\/a>), which reported that the German company Jaxid GmbH requested the mark \u2018JAXID\u2019, applied by Grigorius Holdings, to be fully invalidated. Fortunately, the court admitted that there was <strong>no evidence<\/strong> of use of this mark and that Grigorious Holdings <strong>has any commercial intentions at all. <\/strong>\r\n\r\nThe World Trademark Review also emphasises the court\u2019s finding that:\r\n\r\n<em>\"The court by taking into account observations in life and laws of logic, concluded that the Defendant\u2019s deliberate actions of registering trademarks in Latvia, which are identical to several EUTMs, are not accidental, but malicious actions with the aim to harm interests of third parties.\u201d<\/em>\r\n\r\nLastly, The World Trademark Review affirms Gleissner's impact on the Latvian trademark environment by stating the following:\r\n\r\n<em>\"The decision is another blow for Gleissner\u2019s mass filing activity in Latvia.
