procedure. I have worked with trademarks, designs, copyright and other intellectual property
matters, as well as with the application of competition law in both private practice and the
public sector. Having returned to the AAA LAW team, I focus on a thorough understanding
of the relevant factual circumstances, precise legal argumentation and the preparation of
practical, client-oriented solutions. My experience across different areas of law allows me to
approach legal matters in a broader business context, taking into account both legal risks and
the specific needs of each client’s business.
